How long is a session?
Sessions typically last 30 minutes. This depends on which workout we have scheduled for that day.
How many days a week should I exercise?
Depends on your age, current Health and Fitness level, goals, mental or physical limitations. In order for me to give you an educated answer I need to gather some important information about you. As a general rule, when starting out, I recommend starting with a mild 3 days a week exercise routine.
The most popular package is 24, 30 minute sessions, 3x a week. Have a friend sign up with you and they get $100 off, so both can split the cost. Sessions are only 30 minutes long, so adding them into your schedule will be easy.

Do I get a Nutrition Plan with my package?
Yes, but only if you request it and need it. Not all clients eat unhealthy, some just need to exercise. Some of my clients have an horrendously unhealthy diet and workout 3 – 5 days a week. This is another example of your Personal Trainer needing to gather important information about your current lifestyle and eating habits so that he can give you a proper assessment.
How much weight should I expect to lose?
This strongly depends on YOU and how hard you work and how serious you decide to take your Health and Fitness. As far as men and women, men have more muscle and because of it, lose weight faster than women. Estrogen and testosterone also play a significant part in this. Others may be on medication for an under-active thyroid, who knows. There are many factors that could play a roll in weight gain and loss. As long as you stay consistent with your Healthy eating habits and exercising you should expect to lose a few pounds per week if not more.
